Personal and org workspaces

Every Revyn account lives in exactly one workspace: personal or org. They are separate accounts with separate data, not a toggle inside one account. Which one you are in decides what you see in the sidebar, who can see your calls, and how you are billed.

#Personal

A personal workspace belongs to one person. It is what you get when you sign up on your own.

• Your data is yours. Calls, debriefs, scenarios and your knowledge base are visible only to you.
• You bring your own context. The personal knowledge base is built from research on the company you sell for, rather than from documents an admin uploads.
• You are billed per seat on Starter, Growth or Elite. See Plans and billing.

The sidebar is short: Home, Practice, Studio (Ask Revyn and Revyn Voice), Knowledge Base, Integrations, Settings.

#Org

An org workspace belongs to a company. Someone creates the organisation, invites people, and every member's practice rolls up into a shared view.

• Managers see the team. Analytics, the leaderboard, assignments, certifications and the risk board are org-only surfaces.
• The knowledge base is shared. Documents an admin uploads ground every rep's buyer and every Ask Revyn answer.
• Roles decide what you can do. Owner, admin, manager, member, plus any custom roles the org defines. See Members, teams and roles.
• Billing is per org. Team seats on Starter or Growth, or a Custom contract for larger teams.

The org sidebar adds Pipeline (prep queue, deals, qualification, trackers, objection intelligence), a wider Practice group (battles, tournaments, curriculum, rewards), Insights (analytics, leaderboard, seasons) and Team (members, teams, lead scenarios, certifications, RecruitD).

#Which one am I in?

Look at the URL. Personal surfaces live under /dashboard/…; org surfaces live under /org/…. The workspace is also shown in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

#Moving between them

There is no in-app switch, because the two are different accounts. If you signed up personally and your company later adopts Revyn, accept the invitation with the same email: the org account is created alongside your personal one, and you sign into whichever you need.

#For admins: how isolation works

The API selects the workspace from a header the app sends, never from anything the user types, and the server resolves the org from the caller's own membership. A personal token cannot read org data and an org token cannot read personal data, regardless of which URL is requested. Details are in Security and privacy.
