Real-call import

Practice calls are where you get better; real calls are where you find out. Real-call import puts a recorded real conversation through the same scoring and debrief as a practice call, so the two are graded on one scale.

#Availability

Recording import is included on Elite and Custom. Org accounts on Custom can import for the whole team.

#Where recordings come from

• Upload a file. Audio or video: MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4. From Real Calls → Import.
• Gong. Connect Gong under Integrations and Revyn references your recorded calls in place, with no re-upload.
• A recording URL. Paste a link to a recording your meeting tool already hosts.

#What you get

Every imported call gets the same debrief as a practice call: the turn where it was decided, dimension scores, MEDDPICC with quoted evidence, an annotated transcript with speaker labels, and the recording on a timeline you can scrub.

Two things differ from practice:

• Speakers are inferred. Revyn separates you from the buyer by voice; on a call with three or more people it labels each. Check the labels on the first call from a new source and correct them if they are swapped.
• No coaching cues. The call already happened.

#Trackers

Imported calls feed your trackers: phrases and topics you want counted across every real conversation, such as a competitor's name, "budget", or "not this quarter". Set them up under Pipeline → Trackers (org) or Trackers (personal). See The deal loop.

#Objection intelligence (org)

Objections raised on imported calls are mined into the org's objection library. A manager can promote a mined objection into the knowledge base and into drafted scenarios, so the thing that lost a real deal becomes the thing the team practises next week.

#CRM write-back

If a CRM is connected, the call summary and scores can be written back to the matching deal record. This is opt-in per connector; see Integrations.

#Privacy

Recordings are stored in your workspace's object storage, scoped to your org, and are never used to train models shared with other customers. Delete a recording and its transcript and scores go with it. See Security and privacy.
