Keyboard shortcuts
The command palette, the shortcut sheet, and the issue reporter.
The dashboard is built to be driven from the keyboard. Press ? anywhere to open the shortcut sheet, which lists exactly the shortcuts that work on the page you are on. The ones below are the ones you will use most.

#Command palette
The palette lists every page in your workspace, grouped, plus actions: Start a voice call, Practice a scenario, Ask Revyn, and in an org Import a real call, Assign practice, New deal. Type to filter; the list matches on names and keywords, so "dial" finds Start a voice call.

Call shortcuts are only active while the call is live, so typing a note before you press Start cannot end anything.

#Issue reporter
⌘⇧B opens the reporter over whatever you are looking at. Click the element that is wrong, draw on the screenshot, black out anything sensitive, describe the problem, send. The report carries the page, the build, your browser and the last few actions, so it can usually be reproduced without a follow-up. Reports go to a triage queue.
Tip
On Windows and Linux, read ⌘ as Ctrl throughout.
