Plans and billing
Starter, Growth, Elite and Custom; trials, regional pricing, top-ups and invoices.
Revyn has three self-serve plans and a custom contract for larger teams. Every plan is priced in your own currency: rupees in India, US dollars everywhere else. The full, current price grid is on the pricing section of the site; this page explains how it works.

Every plan includes the full scenario ladder, the complete debrief and progress tracking. Yearly billing saves roughly twenty percent on every plan.
Teams of ten or more seats move to a Custom contract with pooled usage, SSO and the org analytics surfaces. Use Book a demo on the site or write to sales@revyn.in.
#The free trial
Every new account starts a 7-day trial, with no card. The trial carries its own small allowance (15 voice minutes, 15 Ask Revyn messages and one Deep Research run) so you can take a few graded calls and see the debrief before paying. When it ends and no plan has been chosen, the account drops to a free tier: you can sign in, read past debriefs and your knowledge base, but you cannot start a call or message Ask Revyn until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
#Regional pricing
Your billing country is set once, from the first of these that is known, in order: a hint from your browser, your IP address, the payment method you use, or a manual correction by support. It is locked on your first paid invoice so that your currency cannot drift between renewals. If you are billed in the wrong currency before that point, write to hello@revyn.in.
In India, prices are listed exclusive of GST; 18% is added at charge time and shown on the invoice. You can pay by UPI AutoPay, card or netbanking. Outside India, prices are in US dollars with no tax added by Revyn.
#Paying and upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing. Choose a plan and an interval; the checkout opens in a modal without leaving the dashboard, and a receipt is issued the moment the payment clears. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Revyn never sees or stores your card number.
#Usage and top-ups
Voice minutes and Ask Revyn messages are counted per seat, per billing period, and shown on the billing page as one ledger. On Growth and above you can buy top-ups when you run out mid-month; top-up balances are consumed after the plan allowance and do not expire at the period boundary.
When an allowance is exhausted the app tells you exactly which limit you hit and offers the upgrade or top-up that lifts it. Nothing fails silently.
Note
Deep Research is a separate monthly count from Ask Revyn messages because a single research run does far more work than a message. See Ask Revyn.
#Invoices, cancellation and refunds
Invoices are on the billing page and are emailed to the account owner. You can cancel any time from the same page; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. If something went wrong with a charge, write to hello@revyn.in with the invoice number and we will sort it out.
