Connecting your tools
Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared, Apollo, Close, Pipedrive, Attio, Gong and your calendar.
Integrations live under Integrations in the sidebar of both workspaces. The gallery is grouped by what the connection does; connect one and it starts syncing within a minute. Personal accounts connect a calendar and a CRM for their own deals; org connections are managed by admins and apply to everyone.
#Categories
Calendars — Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook. Upcoming meetings with external attendees feed the prep queue, so Revyn briefs you before each call.
CRM and pipeline — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Close, Apollo, LeadSquared. Contacts come in as leads to prep and practise against. Deals, stages and won/lost outcomes feed the deal loop and the analytics that connect skill to revenue, from the two connectors that read deals: HubSpot and Salesforce.
Conversation intelligence — Gong. Revyn references your recorded calls in place, with no re-upload, and scores them turn by turn like a practice call.
Identity — single sign-on for Custom-plan orgs, configured under Settings → Security.
#Connecting
Open the gallery, choose the provider, and follow the prompt. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google, Microsoft and Gong connect over OAuth and open the provider's consent screen — their per-account API host is only learned during that exchange, so there is no pasted-key path. Apollo, Close, Attio and LeadSquared ask for an API key, which is stored encrypted and never shown again. HubSpot accepts either.
Warning
OAuth opens a pop-up. If your browser blocks pop-ups for app.revyn.in, the connection appears to hang at "connecting". Allow pop-ups for the site and try again.
#What flows where
| Connection | Into Revyn | Out of Revyn |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar | Upcoming meetings with external attendees | An event, when you book a call from inside Revyn |
| HubSpot | Contacts, companies and deals | Call analysis on the record (opt-in) |
| Salesforce | Contacts and opportunities | Nothing |
| LeadSquared | Leads, kept current by a signed webhook | Call analysis as an activity, plus a Sales-Readiness lead field (opt-in) |
| Pipedrive, Attio, Close, Apollo | Contacts as leads | Nothing |
| Gong | Recorded calls and transcripts, referenced in place | Nothing |
Only HubSpot and LeadSquared write back. Pipedrive, Attio, Close and Apollo sync contacts only — their companies and deals are not read in this version — and Salesforce reads contacts and opportunities but not accounts.
Write-back is off by default on every connector that supports it. Turn it on per connector under its settings, and choose which fields.
#CRM outcomes
When a deal is marked won or lost in the CRM, the outcome syncs into Revyn and feeds the analytics. A self-reported outcome in Revyn is never overwritten by the CRM; if they disagree, both are kept and the CRM value is labelled as CRM-backed.
#Inbound webhooks
LeadSquared pushes lead changes to Revyn over a signed webhook, so a lead updated there is current here within seconds. The signature is an HMAC of the raw body with the secret shown when you connect; Revyn rejects anything that does not verify.
#Disconnecting
Disconnect from the connector's page. Tokens are revoked immediately. Data already synced into Revyn stays; nothing further is fetched or written.
#Requesting a connector
If your stack is not in the gallery, write to hello@revyn.in with the tool and what you need to flow. The connector layer is built to add providers quickly. There is a page per connector at revyn.in/integrations with the exact records each one moves.
