Analytics and the Revyn Index

Readiness, objection-to-loss, skill-to-revenue and cross-customer benchmarks.

Org analytics answer four questions a revenue leader actually asks: who is ready, what is losing us deals, which skills move revenue, and how do we compare. Every number on these pages is derived from graded calls and deal outcomes; nothing is self-reported except an outcome a rep enters by hand, and those are marked.

#The analytics hub

Insights → Analytics opens the hub: the headline metrics for the scope you have chosen (org, team, person, period) and a card per deep dive. Every card opens its own page.

#Readiness

Readiness is a per-rep composite of recent dimension scores, framework coverage and practice cadence, expressed as a band: ready, building, at risk. The hub lists reps by band with the signals that put them there, so a manager's Monday starts with a list, not a dashboard.

#Readiness to outcome

Plots readiness at the time of a real call against what happened to the deal. It is the page that shows practice paying off, or not: if reps in the ready band close at twice the rate of at risk reps, the argument for practice time is made in one chart.

#Objection to loss

Every objection mined from calls, with how often it appeared, the win rate when it appeared, and the deals it was on. Sort by "lost with". The top of that list is next week's curriculum.

#Skill to revenue

Connects dimension scores (discovery, objection handling, momentum, and the finer skill lines under them) to close rates and deal value. Which skills, when they improve, actually move the number. Useful for deciding what to certify on.

#Assignments

Completion and scores for assigned practice, by team and person, with overdue items highlighted.

#The Revyn Index

The Revyn Index benchmarks your org against every other Revyn customer on the same dimension scores: your discovery percentile, your objection-handling percentile, your readiness distribution against the field. It is the only cross-customer number in the product, and it is built with k-anonymity: a benchmark is only shown when at least five organisations contribute to it, and no organisation's individual data is ever visible to another.

Opt out under Settings → General → Benchmarking; you then neither contribute to nor see the Index.

#Leaderboard and seasons

Covered under Streaks, challenges, battles.

#Exports

Analytics pages export to CSV where an export button is shown. Exports are logged in Activity.

#Scope and permissions

Managers see their team by default and the org if they have the org-wide analytics permission. Members see only their own data and the leaderboard. See Members, teams and roles.

Note

Analytics lag graded calls by a few minutes and deal outcomes by up to an hour after a CRM sync. A number that looks wrong immediately after a big import is usually a number that has not caught up yet.
