Streaks, challenges, battles
Daily challenges, streaks, badges, rewards, head-to-head battles, tournaments and seasons.
Practice only works if it happens. The programme around Revyn Voice exists to make it happen: a small daily commitment, a visible streak, and, for teams, a reason to care what the person at the next desk scored.
#Daily challenge
A fresh, short scenario every day, the same one for everyone in your workspace. It takes five to eight minutes. Completing it extends your streak and awards XP.
#Streaks
A streak counts consecutive days with at least one completed call. Miss a day and it resets. Your current and best streak are on your home page.
#XP, levels and badges
Every graded call awards XP scaled by difficulty and score. Levels are XP thresholds. Badges are earned for specific things: first commit on a hard scenario, ten calls on one objection, a clean MEDDPICC sweep. Because scoring is deterministic, a badge means the same thing for every rep.
#Achievements and rewards
Achievements are the badge cabinet. In an org, managers can attach rewards to achievements, levels or season placings: a voucher, a day off, a named recognition. Reps claim a reward; a manager approves it under Rewards → Approvals.
#Battles (org)
A battle is two reps on the same scenario, scored head to head. Either rep can challenge; managers can pair people. Both calls are graded on the same rubric, and the debrief shows the two transcripts side by side at the turn where they diverged. A battle can be attached to a live deal so the two reps practise against the same real prospect.
Live battles put both reps on the call at once, taking alternate turns with the same buyer.
#Tournaments and seasons (org)
A tournament is a bracket of battles with a scenario per round. A season is a scoring window, typically a quarter, with its own leaderboard and a placing at the end. Managers create both under Practice → Tournaments and Insights → Seasons.
#Leaderboard (org)
The org leaderboard ranks reps by season XP, with filters by team and skill line. It is visible to every member of the org.
#Curriculum and certifications (org)
The curriculum is a thirty-scenario programme grounded in the org's knowledge base, arranged in skill lines with levels. Certifications are manager-defined bars on a skill line: pass the bar and a rep is certified to carry that skill into real calls, with the certificate visible on their profile. See Members, teams and roles.
#Assignments (org)
Managers assign scenarios or curriculum levels to a team or a person with a due date. Assigned practice shows up on the rep's home page and in the scenario picker, and completion rolls up to the assignments analytics. See Members, teams and roles.
Note
XP, streaks and badges never change a call's score. They sit beside it. A manager looking at readiness sees dimension scores and framework fields, not XP.
