Quickstart
Create an account, set up your workspace and take your first graded call in under ten minutes.
This page gets you from nothing to your first debrief. It assumes you are an individual rep; if you are setting up an organisation, do steps one and two, then continue at Members, teams and roles.
#1. Create an account
Go to app.revyn.in/auth and sign in with Google or Microsoft, or use your work email. Email sign-ups verify with a one-time code; there is no password to remember unless you set one later under Settings → Security.
Every new account starts a 7-day free trial with enough allowance to take a few graded calls and try Ask Revyn. No card is needed, and nothing is charged at the end: if you do not pick a plan, the account drops to a free tier that keeps your history but cannot start new calls.
Tip
Signing up with Google or Microsoft is also how you sign in later. There is no separate "create account" step; the first successful sign-in creates the account.
#2. Tell Revyn who you sell for
The setup hub at Dashboard → Setup asks for three things, and you can skip any of them:
- Your company. Paste a URL. Revyn researches it and builds a personal knowledge base: what you sell, to whom, against whom, at what price. This is what makes the AI buyer sound like your buyer instead of a generic one.
- Your role and market. Outbound or inbound, SMB or enterprise, and the industry you sell into. This picks the industry pack: the objections, personas and jargon the buyer draws from.
- Your calendar (optional). Connect Google or Outlook and Revyn will queue prep for meetings before they happen.
You can change all of this later under Settings → Context.
#3. Take a call
Open Revyn Voice from the sidebar or press ⌘K and choose Start a voice call. Pick a scenario. The presets are ordered by difficulty; "Cold open, unqualified" is a fair first call.
Put headphones on, allow the microphone, and press Start. The buyer will answer, or if it is an inbound scenario, will open the conversation themselves. Talk as you would on a real call. You can interrupt; so can they.
During the call you will see:
- Turn scores as you speak, on discovery, objection handling and momentum.
- Coaching cues when you miss something the scenario expected, such as a discovery question you skipped.
- The knowledge panel, showing which of your documents the buyer is drawing on.
End the call when it reaches a natural close or when you have had enough. Five to eight minutes is a normal first call.
#4. Read the debrief
The debrief opens automatically. Start with The turn: the single exchange where the call's outcome was decided, shown with your line, the buyer's reaction, and the line that would have landed better. Then read the per-dimension scores and the transcript, which is annotated turn by turn.
The debrief is saved. You can come back to it from your past calls in Revyn Voice, and Ask Revyn can read it if you ask about that call.
#5. Make it a habit
- Daily challenge. A fresh, short scenario every day. Keep the streak.
- Custom scenarios. On Growth and above, write your own: the objection you keep hearing, the persona you keep losing to.
- Ask Revyn. Ask it what to do about the objection from step four. It has read the debrief.
#Where to next
- Revyn Voice explains everything the buyer can do.
- Scoring and the debrief explains what the numbers mean.
- Plans and billing explains what your trial includes and what changes when it ends.
