What flows into Revyn
- LeadsBecome prospects a rep can prep for and practise against.
- Lead changes, liveLeadSquared pushes updates to a signed webhook, so a lead edited there is current in Revyn within seconds.
What flows back to LeadSquared
- Call analysisPosted as a custom activity on the lead: score, summary, next steps.
- Sales-Readiness fieldA lead field Revyn keeps current as the rep's calls are graded.
Write-back is off until an admin turns it on, per connection.
What it turns on
What it does not do
- LeadSquared is lead-centric, so companies arrive as fields on the lead rather than as their own records.
- The webhook signature is an HMAC of the raw body with the secret shown at connect time. Revyn rejects anything that does not verify — including a payload a proxy has re-encoded.
Questions
- Is the LeadSquared connector two-way?
- Yes, and it is the most complete of the write-back connectors: an analysis activity on the lead plus a Sales-Readiness field Revyn keeps current.
- Which LeadSquared region should I choose?
- The one your LeadSquared account is hosted in. It selects the API host, and a mismatch shows up immediately as a failed connection rather than a silent empty sync.
- How does Revyn keep leads current?
- LeadSquared pushes changes to a signed webhook, so edits land in seconds instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync.
