What flows into Revyn
- ContactsBecome prospects a rep can prep for and practise against.
- CompaniesAssociated to their contacts, so an account's calls sit together.
- DealsStage, amount, close date and owner email — the spine of the deal loop.
What flows back to HubSpot
- Call analysisThe score, summary and next steps from a call, attached to the record as an engagement. Off until you turn it on.
Write-back is off until an admin turns it on, per connection.
What it turns on
What it does not do
- Write-back attaches an analysis note. It does not edit deal stages, amounts or any other HubSpot field.
- Deal owners are matched by email. A HubSpot owner with no matching Revyn user leaves the deal unassigned.
Questions
- Does Revyn write to my HubSpot records?
- Only if you turn write-back on, and only as an engagement carrying the call's score, summary and next steps. It never edits a deal stage, an amount, or any other field.
- Do I need to install a HubSpot app?
- No. OAuth is the easy path, but HubSpot is one of the connectors that also accepts a pasted private-app access token, which needs no app install.
- How soon do new contacts appear?
- The first sync starts within a minute of connecting, and syncs continue on a schedule after that.
Connect HubSpot in about a minute.
Connect over OAuth from the Integrations gallery, or paste a private-app access token if your admin would rather not install an app.
